Bolt Action Rifle

1- The bolt handle and the bolt block are one solid piece machined from high strength alloy steel with no welding used;

2- The action features two recesses where the locking bolt lugs travel:

         – the 1st is under the threads

         – the 2nd is completely enclosed for increased action strength

These recesses are precision forged on choking machines without any electro erosion;

3- The magazine box is machined from a solid block of steel with no welding required;

4- The magazine box walls are milled and machined with a slight angle of bolt lift to improve repetition;

5- The bolt stop we provide – including the two springs – is our new design. We do not use any original Mauser 98K part;

6- The sight mounts are machined integral to the receiver based on the required sighting system length;

7- The extractors are machined from solid bars of special steel based on the length of the action so as to avoid protrusion from the action side port;

8- The extractor rings are machined from solid bars of special steel to the exact size of the locking bolt;

9- Our bolt action rifles come with three different types of safety all machined from solid blocks of steel. We do not use any original Mauser 98K part. Our safety can be either:

– the same as the original Mauser 98K design;

– the same 3 position safety as the Dakota model;

– the same 3 position and lock safety as the Dakota model;

10- Our three safety catches feature the same threads as the original Mauser 98K;

11- The action screws feature the same threads as the original Mauser 98K;

12- The firing pin retaining block is entirely produced on a milling and choking machine;

13- The firing pins are all machined from solid bars of special steel to the exact size of the action
